Open letter for me, from me

Knowing that God doesn't make mistakes in my life, I was born into a city that taught me to be passionate & loyal no matter how bad things looked. I moved to a state where I improved mentally, but was able to see and feel 1st hand how the real world can be. To come back home on a prayer that my mother wouldn't leave me like my father did, and now I'm looking success in the face while planning to relocate. I've watched family members mature into great people, athletes, artists, and business owners. I seen 1st hand the cavs stop a 52 year drought, and I've made lasting connections that will always and forever mean something to me. I plan to spend the rest of this year building on my life's work to this point, and taking every opportunity presented. I love seeing people I grew up with, or made a connection with do great things, and I've spent my whole life making sure I helped my friends, family, and females for which I was in lust, and making sure they was good. It's really time for me to focus on me, and bring us up to a level that we only dreamed of as kids. Some will call me selfish, and some will say I changed, but my goals are very clear and if I don't start running forward towards my future, we'll always be stuck standing in the back with our past. "When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath".

Evolution of Mobility Technology & Marketing

I feel that the brand that has the most success with mobility technology is ESPN. ESPN in my option has one of if not the best app for a mobile devise, and it's all in the palm of your hand. One of the biggest reasons would be because you can get information on more than one sport, because when basketball is over your not just sitting around waiting for next season, you baseball, football, and hockey just to name a few.
For me the thing that set's the ESPN app apart from everyone else is the watch ESPN app. You can watch all of your favorite shows on ESPN from the palm of your hand, and you don't even have to be around a tv. If your significant other wants to watch Empire, you don't have to even leave the room, if a big game is on and your kids are into the cartoons, you can still watch that game and that's reason enough for me.

Mobile Technology

I feel that the mobile cell phone has had the greatest impact on society today, because everyone has a cell phone no matter their age, old people have, and even young children have them. Cell phones have become a very important part of everyday life, for me it's the only way that I can get to my destination, I have a lot of respect for people who used maps to get from point A to point B, because without my phone I would be lost without a trace.
Cell phones have such an impact on the generation that people don't see whats going on around them because their face is down looking at their phones. Phones have played a big part on us seeing things that has been happening that we may not have paid attention to before, with better cameras, and video sharing, it's hard to get away with anything, because people are always looking to find a video to post online, so cell phones are the way of life, and has the greatest impact on society today.

My interview with T. Williams

I interviewed Terrell Williams Coach and PR person for the Neo Elite Youth Basketball program in Cleveland Ohio. (http://www.neoyouthelite.com
Bryce: Thank you for conducting this interview with me via Email, and I will just be asking you a few questions about the PR position you’re currently holding.

Bryce: What are your responsibilities and how do these responsibilities integrate with marking and business objectives for the organization?

T. Williams: Having a passion for traditional media, as well as social media. Having a good sense of marketing communications, and being a strong strategic thinker.Being able to adapt and communicating clearly and accurately. These tools help with reaching out to new people, and drawing new kids into the program. We focus so much on getting youth Basketball players a better look, and it has become more relevant of who you know and how you network, so communication is key.

Bryce: What methods of communications does the organization use to reach your publics, and how are they effective?

T. Williams: We have a very strong presence on Twitter and Vine. We like to show case the talented youth in our program, and video’s are our best friend. If a kid goes behind his back, or hits a deep jumper, it all makes for marketing martial.

Bryce: How has your public relations practice affected the reputation of the organization?

T. Williams: Well we have grown in the number of participance each year the last three years, we plan to grow even more next year. The top High School coaches in Cleveland, Ohio are at these weekend events scouting, and the local news has began to take part in coverage.

Bryce: Thank you Coach for time, and good luck during the AAU season.

T. Williams: You’re welcome, and thank you.

The tournament will be held in Cleveland, Oh and there will be prizes for all the different age group winner. The most important thing to remember is that all kids are winners and our goal is to put kids in a position to go to college and better their life through the uses of Bowling.

All proceeds and donations will be given to the PBA for kids group, where we give scholarships to students who are into the sport of bowling and looking to go to college. The students must sign a letter of promise to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5, and bowling average does not matter, just as long as the student partakes in bowling a minimum of once a month. All donations are welcome.

We look forward to putting on a all day event which will be broadcasted on ESPN 2, and replayed for the next several weeks on the PBA channel, and the PBA app. The PBA is will to help with expenses for all the kids participating in this years event, and we wish all good luck and remember that all kids are winners.

Why I'm thee college guy

Being thee college guy is more than a male sitting in a room at a desk, with a pen and a notebook. It's more than going to lectures and taking test or doing homework. Being thee college mean you know stats, you know bio's, you know rankings. People depend on you to give low down, and the high up on incoming fresh meat, who's leaving for the NBA draft, and which teams look like number 1's from day 1. Thee college guy is a way of life, and it's a gift that keeps on giving, in basketball terms that is.
